"Allentown Symphony for piano" is essentially a solo piano improvisation in sonata form (roughly) but carries enough breadth that it could imitate an entire orchestra. One of my favorite all-time musicians is Keith Jarrett, native of Allentown, Pennsylvania -- hence the title -- who in no small part has inspired and influenced me as an improviser.
